One thing to consider with the artifacts is that more units use the crit set so if the core set is just as good it might be better to use that just so you'll be able to use crit on another unit

It makes sense the toughness set is the best for her, with the critical rate and damage benefitting all of her attacks. For solid foundation though, in a normal team fight, all she benefits from the set really is the 18% core damage since her special core attack activates easily and only with passive stacks, you shouldn’t even be using her normal core attacks at all. On top of that, I think your crit stats are rather saturated which made the difference a bit smaller though still obvious. That said, I’d still love to see another comparison when the two sets have similar stats to finalize the conclusion.

I've got a couple of questions as a f2p player: Q1 : Are u sure that A2 Alicia is a better spot for f2p players over A0 or even A1? coz upgrading her to A2 would require a ton of stones and before making such an investment I would like to be sure about how much improvement I would get to see over an A1 Alicia. Q2 : I've noticed that ur testing was done using Alicia A5 and her weapon A5 but does the ratio remain same for lower advancements of Alicia like in case of A1 or A2 with her weapons as A2?
