He was alot stronger in early access but they nerfed him heavily a few weeks before global because early access players were complaining about how hard he was. I beat him before the nerf but it took me so damn long 😂.

I think they balanced this fight really well. They give you the emergency heal once if you get low, just like the source material. I finished the fight with 10 seconds remaining, and i barely met the recommend power level. It was very fun.

Thanks I barely beat him just now. I was having issues with the time limit. I leveled the light sword up to 30 and I barely won. I learned a lot about what the icons meant though from your explanation. I never paid attention to the break gauge before 😂

Don't think I had the chance to really have fun with igris. Got jiwoo and cha on the 10th reroll, and then like 4 more SSR. Handle igris like he was nth (f2p)

I got the day 2 Igris kill but with some pretty lucky drops. Those being Dongsook, Plume + Grimoire, and 2 copies of cha lol. Honestly the game isn’t too difficult but I can see how not having the right gear can make it more difficult.

Those are some amazing drops to have! Congrats and yes it does get harder. Igris is fought in different areas and for artifacts is the opposite element

i beat igris with 4.88 seconds left yesterday it was so intense i thought i lost but did it felt kinda like a hard souls like boss was awesome im stuck at the moment cuz of xp i need to get lvl 40 or 41 to do more story stuff and im at the beginning of 39 edit: i needed to mention i had only the standard paralyze dagger lvl 20 a1 i think and the knight killer sword lvl 20 a0 when i did him and i think full ssr support seo cha and emma i think dont know if i already had all 3 of em at that point and im f2p got rly lucky on ssrs so far should be 8 now

I really like how they made it difficult just like in the story 😂 had fun clearing this stage, at first I struggled with shield break even with proper skills. I used Cha, Jinho and KimChul, and the run was surprisingly quick 😂

I have the plum sword and the lustrous sword. Should I just go with the plum sword if I have it? Or is the lustrous sword doing something way better? Or should I be switching between the two during the fight? This was a really great video. Definitely helpful!

U should just use the plum sword to do it's full bloom buff and switch to the lustrous sword for main dmg. U can search scythe vs plum sword video to see how to use the plum sword

Igris is the best boss to beat so far, i like him alot cause its fun to killing thie boss the pattern is not that hard and predictable but once you got stunned/airborne just restart the fight if you're f2p

Use light weapons if u have those instead. Orb is fine but try the free Sr sword if u have it (free from challenges)
