其實在拉麵裡直接加入蒜泥也可以增加風味，不必像安主廚那樣用烤整顆蒜頭的 春捲皮不像餃子皮一樣遇水有黏性，因為使用的成份略有不同⋯ 創意壽司真的好厲害，很美麗可口 萬盛節的巧克力好可愛，真捨不得吃下去
