Two suggestions: 1. Petrol leak: Just using plastic sheet not enough... make a gasket with cycle inner tube rubber, same size as the inside of the cap.. or roll a strip of the rubber to form a cylindrical plug. No leaks. 2. Butane cylinder... the engine is warm, just switch off and use that heat or even the the exhaust silencer heat. Do it cautiously.
