Not sure this would be up your alley, but as you often mention not good spots to built in, how about a tier list vid of spots per DLC server map where a solo or small tribe should build in?

@@coreyrush8894 personally i don't need them to be hidden as i mostly play on unofficial with ORP that are active max 30 minutes after going offline. So a spot would need to take care of its own for that long, which depending on spot is longer than some players would need hrhr. I mostly look for spots which are very well defendable when online and don't give in at least for 30 mins when going offline so there is that. Besides different people know different spots and overall, there is never a guarantee a spot is not known to somebody eventually. It is more a matter of chance running into those who do against those who don't. Would you spread the knowledge about such spots, sure but that includes spots of those who would raid me too, right? By that having the chance to get to them first or getting back at them later :) I can see that some who have a good spot and never saw that spot in a vid would think they are rather secure there and that is maybe so, but maybe they just did not see all the vids available where said spot comes up eventually and they are just imagine their security. Still even if such a spot is complettly unknown after years of a server map being out(which seems unlikely), it is not only about that certain spot, but seeing a tier list with maybe an explanation why one spot is better than the other, would make me and others aware of what is important when choosing a build location and how to build there then. It is not only about the best spot available, but to know what makes that spot the best and then finding similar spots.

The safest spot in Ark is the one that other players cant see. Its unraidable? No, is raidable like any other place in ark (even if youre a mesh monkey). But it must be very hard to be seen. It cant have turrets, cause they will expose you. And of course, Im talking about a very small base, for a solo player. I have such a spot, its 4 vacuum Chambers with vaults, fridges, some crafting, transmitter and bed. Its important to do the transmitter glitch where you access it to change map, after turning it off, so people cant se the beam...that spot of mine was never raided, since I have it, which is now around 3 years...again, its unraidable? Oh no...sure it is very, but I mean, VERY raidable...but people have to find it, and until now, no one did it...Of course I have to breed else where and stuff, but all important things are allways in those 4 vacuum chambers...I think is thanks to those chambers that I never rage quit ark...blessed the day where instead of seeing another vid with hidden spots, I went to story mode to cruise around and discovered that spot I call home...sweet sweet home lol

@@joaovasco3059 cheers mate for sharing. It is certainly true. What isn't seen, won't be raided. Still as i elaborated another reason for a tier list of spots would be the reasoning why certain spots are better than others. I am by no means and would never claim to be pro in any shape or form in this game, i like mostly chill grind, doing some bosses and when i feel like the dinos we got are ready to go, have some pvp or offline raids which are less stressfull. So to get a chill gameplay, having really good spots which are hard to raid are directly below "unseen" going with your logic. For example a very well known good starter location i guess would be the crouch beer(edit: ah "bear" sorry not my first language and these words sound so similar in my head) cave on center. Similarly the island snow cave with the crouch spot a little further back into the cave. Things like that i would be looking for in such a video, for maybe another location i havent seen yet which also combines crouch spot follwoed by good deathwall size, followed by good size for breeding. One of the new Lost Island/Ark DLC caves seems to be good in that aspect, then all for 6 men+ i would guess from what i named. Then there is that one aberation cave, not sure which one it was right now and then i am already pretty much at the end of those i know of which have are not purly solo.

The reason you need tek turret is because soaking heavys is a lot easier than soking tek as you will just get shot off the back
