Honestly sephiroth is like a burst damage quick hitter. I'd say the fury ring would be better on him or a strength up so his shift slash does 1k or so constantly. You're right though he is OP. For me it's that wild speed and acceleration. He's a step above Zack. (High Braver is probably the best damaging move in game though on a stagger enemy)

OMG! 😱 This is just master level! I wish I could perfect parry every attack like that. How does Sephiroth's limit gauge fill so fast? After he blocks a couple of times he seems to counter and the limit gauge fills like crazy! 😱 This is so cool.

Yeah the more attacks he parries, the more his Limit gauge will fill up.

You need to replay Chapter 1, the only chapter you can play Sephiroth. You can set your shortcuts

I finally have done this 3 times. My time is 26 minutes. All I need to learn is to parry and counter better. Damn dude, after playing Sephiroth everyone feels slow. I still can't solo bonds, wish I had as much assurance. Zack is good but he's like one downgrade from Sephiroth. My main issue with Zack is his speed. His damage is actually heavier hit for hit with high braver and chain slash 3. Is there any faster way to generate atb with Zack other than doing upward aerial, downward aerial and swinging madly with haste on? I'll check your solo but idk I'm missing that split second difference everyone else has with Zack. Wait, do you have a BoF Zack solo? It's hell.

how to remove earthen aegis without depleting its hp? how do people discover these mechanics? lol

I do deplete its hp. Titan's jump attack deals massive damage and when Sephiroth deflects an attack he stores the damage deflected for his next counter. So i just one shot earthen aegis. Perfect example here : 4:53 (with Phoenix). I deflected 3 big attacks, my counter dealt 8258 dmg.

@@Fain255to add if Sephiroth had the berserk status on him (could only be done with Cloud giving it to him however so wouldn’t be solo) he would do even more damage on his counters since he’d also take more damage

@@Fain255 Yeah, but its situational, the counterattack is not unlimited range, you also get pushed back a bit when you counter, and on top of this Seph is immobile. If you leave the counterstance you'd lose the stacks. Plus, you'd have to account for the enemy attacks being unblockable.
