You are going to love Thailand! Koh Phangan is the most amazing island! When I was there I met the most interesting and coolest people from around the world that I couldn’t have met anywhere else. The food at the retreat was amazing, practicing yoga twice a day got me more connected to my mind and body than ever before, and the instructors were amazing! I learned so much about anatomy too…and got to explore the island via scooter on the weekends omg I miss it there and so happy you are goingggggg 💗
