Solo Travel to Morocco 🇲🇦 Exploring Marrakech!

My spirit led me to a region I had only dreamt of visiting, but never imagined, MENA. Better known as the Middle East and North Africa region. As someone with great interest in Arabian culture and language, but also obsessed with ancient history, it only made sense! Each country was hand picked by me, researched extensively, and high on the bucketlist as far back as middle school.
The first stop on my trip was Morocco 🇲🇦 starting with Marrakech! In this video, I stayed in my very first hostel, and met some really cool girls that were also solo travelling. Together we will explore the #medina the city squares, mosque, and malls.

Then, in the next video, I take a train to Fez, a shuttle to Chefchaouen and then a super long van ride to Merzouga to visit the portion of Sahara Desert located in the region.

So beautiful! Part 2 shows the Blue City & Sahara Desert, which are incomparable! Morocco had the best food! I had no issues finding plant based food. Tajines made with couscous or quinoa were my favourite.

Hey! Thats exciting, I hope you make it there soon. I did not book any tours for Marrakech, I just explored the city and went with the flow. For Chefchaouen, I booked a day trip with Getyourguide and also a trip to the Sahara Desert in Merzouga with Viator. And in Fez, I booked a walking tour with Guruwalk.
