hey!! im such a bad replier haha i cant really guarantee an unbiased answer since ive only lived in stockholm and norway and only vacationed to copenhagen. but based on my experience, i think scandinavia as a whole is very underrated and beautiful and has so much to offer. as for livability wise, the work-life balance in scandinavia (esp norway) is ideal!! and it was perfect for me while i was still part-timing in oslo. i would most definitely choose oslo as my number one pick !! its just the perfect balance between city life and nature.
