Ms. Thompson carries herself with a definite attitude. Never smiles. Has a chip on her shoulder. Looks and talks down to the staff. Not approachable. She is the type of customer that the staff will not go above and beyond by her condescending aura about her. Disregard her review. Many other reviews what will give you a better perspective.
