earlier this month i decided to go on my first solo trip this year - as i documented my journey, i was thinking of creating something new:
a digital journal of my thoughts and feelings in the last year of my twenties.
the first chapter of this journal is something that's close to me - the state of being alone, and the concept of loneliness.

Like you I travel alone. Great to go when I want, where I want and do what I want once there. Enjoy people, but also my solitude. It's liberating and I have freedom of action which helps me to grow as an individual. Gyeongju was beautiful. Love he bridge. Enjoyed the topic and sights. Thanks.

I think I like the mix of traveling sometimes solo & sometimes with a friend. But If i think back: often the times when i traveled solo i had a much nicer traveling experience because I stepped more outside of my introvert bubble. Even meeting other locals and getting friends worldwide which would never happen if i would have never traveled solo. I think everbody shoudl try it at least once in their lifetime. Great video as usual 😊

ahh i totally agree!!! to be alone on a trip gives us so much space to think, to enjoy things, and to see what we can/cant do. :)) but unlike you i personally cant make new friends (like the locals or other solo travellers i met at the hostel) LOL i think im THAT introverted :'D so kudos to you! and thank you for sharing your thoughts

@@sherendev your welcome 😊. & also getting friends with people at hostels is difficult / does not really happen for me but there are like apps like Couchsurfing where you can meet travelers/locals in hangouts and before the meeting you chat a little with them. Of course you still need to overcome the introvert side but for me thats much easier if i first chat with someone and then met them. Often it‘s also like a group meetings from travelers all aroudnthe world.

Aaa thanks a lot!!🥹 appreciate this so much! For the still shots i usually use a mini tripod/camera stand holder, or if i held it and it’s too shaky, i’ll edit the footage so that it became still. 😆 thanks for noticing!! I actually wanna experiment with still shots hehe

Just checking google maps, Gyeongju is on the eastern side of Korea pass Daegu. very close to Busan. No wonder why its a 4 hr bus ride.

Yeah it’s quite far from seoul plus it’s during a long weekend so the bus ride took more than 4 hrs 🤣 but worth it!
