The part about being homesick made me cry because it reminded me of when I was in a similar situation. I traveled alone and missed my boyfriend (who is now my husband ❤). I started to feel a bit sad and then realized that even though I felt discomfort at that time, it was because it was the first time in my life that I was in such a great, close relationship with a wonderful man. I immediately started to feel so grateful for having him in my life and for this realization 😊
