Guess I’m the last guy to see this video. I’m from Montana long ago, but Idaho is fantastic also. I grew up doing stuff like this, and it looks exciting. The campfire scenes especially are nostalgic, there’s nothing like doing it solo. After raising a kid I’m getting back to solo fishing trips when I can. Great to see you out there doing it!

That spot looked perfect! Great spot for hammocks and it even had an all natural beer cooler. Was that the bitterroots? Would LOVE to know where that spot is. Truck set up was dope too. Hard to find trucks with a 6’ bed these days.

The Clearwater river is peppered with great dispersed camp spots like this one. In summer the river is in the 50°s probably not a good cooler.
