Do you have any suggestions where to find black bears in algonquin Park? I’ve seen moose and beavers but never had the chance to see a bear😢

Yes we have many. Most are the same for trees, plants, creatures and wildlife as outlined by the MNR for non natives, except we have authorization to use vehicles in the park. Our chief has asked and urged us to respect the conservation laws outlined by the MNR in regards to fishing,(and I do) although we don't have to, we may take enough for substance, no commercial activity. For fishing - Page 10🔗 www.attorneygeneral.jus.gov.on.ca/inquiries/ipperwash/policy_part/projects/pdf/mnr_relations.pdf We have a tag system and seasons for hunting We shall not use a four wheeler in the park except to collect game we have already shot.
