If you aren't versed in the Honkai lore especially HI3, Welt was once a Herrscher (god/honkai's enforcer). Looks like he retained the power of reason and he does have Star of Eden (ancient weapon from the PE). At the moment and lore wise, Welt is most likely the strongest and experienced. It is up for debate against the long life of the Xianzhou natives (and it's based on China) but if Welt understands something he has no problem recreating it.

from what I see, he used 3 things for his survival. First, one of the destruction blessings when upgraded, heals you by 18% hp whenever your health goes below 35%. Basically near immortality. Next part, He used a couple fighting spirit blessings, which increases his attack and defense by 4% for every stack he has (max 35 stacks) which is in total around 140%/2.4x. Lastly he seems to have a error code curio which heals him whenever he uses his ultimate. He also seems to have the preservation blessing that gives him a shield whenever he gets hit.

I don't know destruction is op, i'll try it later. Usually i use Blessing of remembrance. It's op too. Opponent will get eternal freeze while your damage is multiplied and the damage from ice cracking was insane. But you must take "lower effect RES" as second resonance, to prevent your opponent resist from freezing.
