i used the kontakt free version for years and i really liked it. but then i bought me the SOLO 2.0. in the 50% sale. It is one of the best decisions i`ve ever made. a very playable synth with very authentic sounds. absolute the state of the art when you go for arabic/oriental sounding music! just whow!

Make sure that your transpose key value on your midi controller matches the key on the "Scale " screen when you are using the new "Block Non Scale Notes" button on the Scale screen otherwise you will go insane trying to figure out why it is not working as expected. This button, and how to use it, are not mentioned in the online manual yet. 🤠

very buggy...cant use asio driver on this. Its crashing with asio driver. And you cant resize the GUI. No thanks !

It did so for me also at first in the standalone version. But I restarted SOLO and choosed Asio as my driver, then unchecked the choosen output, put my Soundcard which is UR44C from Steinberg. Then I could choose the right Audio output.

Because it's not for an iPhone. It's a VST instrument for Windows or Mac computer. You also need a DAW for this.
