Can confirm this is a bug. Doesn’t always happen so idk if there’s something else at play there. I think when you use an ability that increases move speed while your speed is reduced, then when your ability ends your MS returns to what it was before. Since it was reduced from sobek ult it resets to that value. Has happened to me on geb as well coming out of his roll

I find it interesting you enjoy league of legends, but you think it’s fucked that early kills don’t mean anything as they def don’t in league either. In a arena game like smite or LOL, you don’t want to incentivize early kills and want to incentivize farming otherwise why even have the minions? It’s the same thing with the tower plates I think smite did a horrrrrrible job with their system for the reason that a good amount of people say fuck them plates anyway and go straight for early tower damage because the way laning works for the time being, you probably won’t get that tower whether you go for plates or not until mid game. So to get the early tower damage, it’s faster to chop down a halved tower mid game than it is to kill both plates and then start on the tower.
