Drop the polynomicon for cosmic horror and the dreamers item for necronomicon less protections but more cooldown and your abilities hit for more then when the 20% active boost is on 1200 blast and 1700-1800 ultimate ww ticks for 200 to 300 and my starter wasn't upgraded with this as well so whatever damage boost from that
