the cooldown is so low to begin with, it isn't even worth getting, the other items give more value, but he could have just over capped on cooldown for the meme.

It uses the phrasing of allies to specify that not only do you get the effect but so do your allies, since med’s older effect from seasons ago used to only effect you... but it is kinda lazily phrased.

That’s kinda the videos he makes tho: do some memes, joke around and have fun, and make a funny meme build look fun to play. His whole channel is kinda built around just joking around in game and overhyping, hence the over-the-top montage music playing whenever something even remotely extravagant happens. I mean, ffs he’s made a meme in his community of overhyping an advertisement for flavor powder. It’s just kinda what he does.
