To be fair, scylla takes a lot more skill to hit her abilities compared to other mages, since she's dependent on hitting her root, which is a lot harder due to it's awkward travel time. Not to mention that brainless ult noob wa has proves this fact further.

I can think of 2 mages that take less skill. Anubis and kukulkan, goobis just hits you with his 2 and you die if you don’t have beads. And kuku just 3’s and bitches away, occasionally ulting somebody that dives him. So he’s literally just snake scylla.

Archmages gem is worth it, the damage doesn't split if you hit multiple people so you can get max value out of it with nu wa ult as it's guaranteed damage

All the highly skilled players I know that play scylla usually player her super aggressive, the whole using the 3 to just camp under tower thing is mostly what noobs do because they have no idea how to position so they just spam their escape whenever danger comes within 100m of them. But yeah, finding a skilled scylla player is like finding a needle in a haystack. Literally one of the rarest things you will see...

Archmage is very good on Nu Wa for the sole fact that unlike Soul Gem, Archmage doesn't just make the first enemy hit take extra damage, everyone hit takes the 50% additional damage. It's no different then giving an ability an extra 50% scaling on a 20 second cd. Only problem being it works on minions too so you can't always reliably use it against enemies.

Archmages has been the standard I’m pretty sure for basically all mages, the effect is just good period. Also, when you ult with nu wa and you have soul gem prod it hits everyone, not sure if you meant like soul gem instead of unlike

Yes just play the god yourself, if you struggle that's probably because the god is harder than you thought when playing against him, with scylla you can't play bad, literally spam 2 at wave under tower and for some reason after getting lategame one shot the entire enemy team with a unmissable ult that resets after every kill

you have to actually hit a skillshot on anubis, as well as the fact that anubis is easy to kill. Scylla isn't because she just presses 3 and if you chase her she just spams her unmissable self peel in the form of a giant circle that slows and the 1 root until your 3 is back up and you do it over again. If you have to chase her in the jungle it gets even harder, which is the opposite of how a mage should perform, mids should feel vulnerable in the jungle.

@@claytonc6417 Lol, Skillshot? Anubis works on 1 one of 3 principles. 1.) Spam wrap & giant circle of slow/damage till I root. Spray & Pray. 2.) I'm getting jumped? Spray & Pray. 3.) Can't reach my opponent? Spray 50 FOOT LASER BEAM THAT COVERS ENTIRE AREA OF THEIR TOWER, and pray. I get that scylla can run, but it's really not that big of a deal. She has many counters. Such as Da Ji who is my main & she's no worse than Merlin blinking away as he pleases.

The easiest mage is thoth. You have high damage long range abilities with one of the best escapes, and low cooldowns.

Low cooldowns huh? Evade and punish us like a 17 second cooldown and that’s low to you. Plus all of Thoths abilities are skill shots and his only cc is a root. Not to mention his abilities are only long range because one of his abilities does nothing but increase the damage and range of his other abilities. And his dash is not one of the best escapes. Probably one of the worst. It’s just Rama’s dash but with less range (Unless through the glyph) and a worse form of cc on his projectile. Thoth is nowhere near as easy as Scylla, Nu wa or Anubis.
