To maintain the jar itself you don’t need the tablet. That’s only required for creating the jar. Thereafter burn candles on the jar in a safe spot. Watch out for flammable materials etc.

If I couldnt find the time or resources to do a jar spell could I do something as simple as say take the sigil of the spirits, conjure and adjure them programming a command and tie the sigil together with a personal effect with the target? I did this with a book of destructive thoughtforms using that method outlined in the particular book and surprisingly enough a year later the target was effected in exactly the way I wanted!
