I love how the terminal employees always wave to the departing passengers. It's such a small, but sweet gesture.

I agree. I remember one video where the terminal staff waved with light sticks. As the distance increased, the light sticks looked like lightsabers. It was beautiful!

Thank you for always sharing your adventures with us and for giving us small glimpses of Japan. I can't imagine the effort it takes traveling around a lot and of editing the videos themselves. Not to mention the cost of doing so! From the bottom of my heart, I hope you know that your hard work and effort is apparent in each and every video and is greatly appreciated. Your videos bring so much joy and comfort to me and a lot of people. Please take care, I look forward to seeing future videos!

Your subtitles are so hillarious🤣 whenever im down i watch your videos & i end up canning myself! What a cool dude! And all the cool Ferry trips & train trips you have in Japan makes me jealous..We dont have anything like that here in South Africa😥Everything in SA has to be locked in behind bars and security..hotels where doors cant lock or stores with self service checkout is unheard of here...they would be looted & destroyed here. Too much crime. Japanese ppl are so civilised & disciplined & has respect for one another, i really admire them

Wow I have no idea how I happened upon this particular KZbin site but I'm absolutely loving it and find myself watching one right after another one and I just had to subscribe mostly because I would love to visit areas like Japan but also it is just amazing to me that their "ferry" service is as big and luxurious as our American cruise ships which absolutely blows my mind!!!! Thank you for showing us especially the way you do it with your camera like we are walking through the ferry ourselves and I am 100% loving the different classes you do like first class with an amazing room to say the least or a shared "room" with many and you have a capsule.......Needless to say after viewing these even though I may have wanted to maybe visit places like Japan but now I VERY much want to experience what I've seen in your adventures. Moreover my 5 year plan will be to have bought a van and build it out to live in it full time but I think I will have to travel at least around where these cruise ship size transportation Ferrys are because it intrigues the hell out of me!! Thank you for opening my eyes to this and broadening my horizon because I 100% appreciate when someone can stimulate my journey/imagination side because it's there but hard to access so thank you and I wish you safe, fun, happy, and memorable journeys!!!!!! Be safe!

I forgot to say I am from and live in Massachusetts in the United States and just so I don't have to explain where Pittsfield is I'll just say Boston which most people that are not from here are familiar with but because I am not from Boston really I do not "Pok my cah in the hahbah", ...sorry just having a little fun there and I'm from MA and I can have a little fun but I'm from the western part of MA which is closer to Albany,, NY so we sound more like New Yorkers from the street then we do Bostonians it's almost like we have a language all of our own....LOL

Ahhh hahaha. I thought solo solo emphasized that you travel alone. But, three or 4 videos in, I just realized your solo solo probably is to be pronounced as soro-soro, as in "soro soro shitsureishimasu" ("I must be leaving soon"; along the lines of "I'm sorry that I must be leaving soon."; もうすぐ出発しなければならないのに残念です [Google translated ]) which my Japanese sensei in '92 said one cannot say it only once when leaving a host. One must say it 30 minutes to an hour in advance, and around every 15 minutes, hahaha). Great videos. This video reminded me of my round trip from Incheon to Qingdao, and my Harmony train ride to Shanghai in 2012. Your Chicago to Emeryville trip reminds me of my 2019 round trip from Emeryville to Houston. But, my train to Houston had numerous stops due to freight and due to rail upgrade work. My trip back had several stops, and on lasted ~4 or 5 hours of pause. AMAZING how Sendai has rebuilt! Keep up the good video work! Thanks for bringing fun, relaxing great content to KZbin!
