I saw the Lawson's store sign at 25:00. When I was growing up in Cleveland, OH, there were Lawson's stores everywhere. They were small stores for buying milk, bread, deli items, and the best chip dip ever. I heard they had stores in Japan. I'm really enjoying this video. Thank you.

On return we did Hakodate to Kyoto in one day and it was unreal experience travel so fast in a train across a country.

What a great trip, also it's great you try local specialities along the journey. Something I can get is, when in Kyushu the variation of Shinkansen type is few, when entering Honshu, especially from Hiroshima (or even Hakata in Kyushu) to Tokyo, the variation is limited (mostly N700 family). But when leaving Tokyo to East or North, the variation of Shinkansen is plenty, and most of them are coupled together.
