Today we will ride the current longest Shinkansen route, a distance of 2300km from Kagoshima to the north to Hakodate. Will not try to go all the way all at once but stop and stuff to enjoy the food and attractions the Shinkansen routes have to offer!
Fee: £250/$300/¥50,000/₹25,000/€300/C$450/₩450,000/₽30,000
Train: A lot
Seat: A lot
Experience: That sushi at the end was good.

I saw the Lawson's store sign at 25:00. When I was growing up in Cleveland, OH, there were Lawson's stores everywhere. They were small stores for buying milk, bread, deli items, and the best chip dip ever. I heard they had stores in Japan. I'm really enjoying this video. Thank you.

I've watched quite a few of these videos and I like yours the best since you actually show your personality through your humor and commentary. Most channels just report on what they're seeing or finding so it comes off stilted. Yours feels more human and genuine. Thanks!

Fond memories from last year. Our trip to Japan late in April started with taking the hayabusa to Aomori and then Hakodate to watch cherry blossom in Hirosaki and goryokaku fort. Amazing time. On return we did Hakodate to Kyoto in one day and it was unreal experience travel so fast in a train across a country.

What a great trip, also it's great you try local specialities along the journey. Something I can get is, when in Kyushu the variation of Shinkansen type is few, when entering Honshu, especially from Hiroshima (or even Hakata in Kyushu) to Tokyo, the variation is limited (mostly N700 family). But when leaving Tokyo to East or North, the variation of Shinkansen is plenty, and most of them are coupled together.
