One of the most interesting freefall rides I have been on is from the 108th floor level of the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, NV...best enjoyed at night. It is one of the rides that shoot you up first so you feel that extreme acceleration. Once it reaches its peak, you experience a quick moment of zero gravity weightlessness before you plunge downward. That first time you experience the moment of zero gravity and downward fall is something unique. Unfortunately, the next time you do the ride it will be familiar to you and the rush won't be the same. You will never experience this "unnatural" feeling other than in a controlled manner, except for in some kind of horrific accident.

I am an amateur physicist and I propose an interesting experiment for Turbo Drop. When boarding the amusement ride, take with you a smartphone prepared for filming, a 200 ml transparent plastic cup with 5/4 of the total volume filled with water. Я Такой Аттракцион придумал в 2009-2010г. Идея была приделать Подобное устройство к стене 24 этажного дома в Питере с надстройкой дополнительной вышки на крыше. Общая высота достигла бы почти 100 метров. VIP - полёт предполагался в ТЁМНОЕ время. А в Ночное время должен был быть просто подъём 2 чел в "чёрное небо". Без "падения" и криков. Ощущение, что ты висишь непонятно на чём в темноте было бы сутью ночного сеанса. Можно было добавить "тряску и качку". Конечно никто бы не разрешил)). Хорошо, что кто-то ЭТО сделал!! п.с. Но там ещё можно кое-что добавить....!

Nah. Come to Seoul, Korea Lotteworld. Ride called Gyrodrop is way scarier than this one. It rotates at the top for everyone to see the view around them and randomly drops so you can't anticipate when it will actually drop. The point that u don't know when it will drop is the most nerve-wrecking moment.

Jag var 12 år när jag åkte denna. Innan slutet på 6:an åkte jag dit med min mor som var busschafför och skolklassen. Där så var vi i grupper och jag tappade bort min grupp och jag försökte leta efter dem men hittade dem bara inte letat typ överallt från spellbutiken till julborden men jag var aldrig uppe på berget och när jag såg upp på Atmosfear så kom min hjärna på en galen idé. Om jag åker Atmosfear så har jag utsikt över hela Liseberg då måste jag kunna se min grupp är. Så det blev mitt mål och jag visste inte vad Atmosfear funkade jag trodde man var där uppe o tittade på utsikten och när jag inte såg min grupp och bergade titta rakt ner så blev jag bara "Oh oh, åh nej vad har jag gjort" och det satt ingen jämte mig mot min vänstra sida men var en gubbe som sat jämte mig från höger och jag frågade honom "Vad gör jag nu?" och han sade: "Titta bara rakt fram och slappna av" och det gjorde jag och precis nör jag slapnade av, så släpptes det och jag kände som att allt mitt blod bara rusade up to hjärnan på mig. Det kändes så läskigt och det roligaste var min grupp var vid Uppsvinget så hade jag tittat lite åt höger hade jag sett dem. Och min mor som åkte lisebergs hjulet såg min sko som hon kände igen så hon såg mig som 12 år åka Atmosfear. Det var det mest häftigaste och läskigaste åkturen i mitt liv. Haha.
