And he did leave that situation better than he found it. Fjord knows not to leave Nott with his stuff now, and Nott learned that a team watches each other's backs. lying about things that are none of anyone's business doesn't make you untrustworthy in my book. everyone has things they'd rather not talk about, but blatantly refusing to talk about it would only draw attention. molly's lies have been harmless... so far Also he has shown the most kindness and selflessness out of everyone in the group... to complete strangers no less

I'm just pointing out that the rest of the party is failing to meet a really low bar. Also, this (Molly) is the same party member whose major approach to crimes perpetrated on him is to give out feedback. ("This is just pitiful, we were barely paying attention!" "If you're going to skim off the top, for gods' sake be clever about it." "Don't steal from us, you'll only get caught.") EDIT: By which I mean to point out that, as Good as his display is, he's clearly no stranger to moral flexibility. And _definitely_ not Lawful in the slightest.

i agree that molly is obviously no stranger to crimes, however he has also shown that he can sympathize with those who aren't well off and is more than happy to share. as for lawfulness i never once stated he was lawful, and lawful doesn't equate to good. chaotic good is arguably the goodest good there is, as it is not tied down by traditions and laws that can be easily corrupted.

And beyond not mistreating people who have a harder time with life, I get the strong feeling he would never do anything to deliberately harm anyone he considers part of his weird family like Yasha or the circus that took him in.
