there's so much rage in this song. you can literally hear the rising hatred as the main melody starts to get a little unhinged. 2:37 - 3:08 for example. idk man i just love how *angry* this sounds edit2: Chara already hated humanity, and so like, after Frisk killed everyone that Chara loved and cared about (the entire underground), Chara was 999% pushed over the edge. you can very clearly hear the indescribable hate, rage, and despair emanating from Chara in this song. edit3: this song is a megalo, so when i wrote this comment i assumed that the story here was that Chara confronted Frisk on a genocide route in an AT/AU where Chara (and Asriel) never died and grew up with the monsters. just wanted to clarify.

Very cool! I like the guitar lead, it mixes things up a bit. The song has the perfect balance of emotion, good and bad. This is, in my opinion, one of your best songs to date!

While I love your other works a ton, this is the one I keep coming back to, which may I state is not an easy feat. I love the way you just start with the guitars, and there is no slow build up. It’s intense from the beginning. But just because there isn’t a slow build up doesn’t mean that the song doesn’t build on itself at all, and at 0:31 it just kicks up another notch. The song is great from then on, until it’s suddenly silenced. And then… 1:20 Without fail, this section give me chills every time. It makes me think back to that one sans line. “*There’s a glimmer of a good person inside of you. The memory of someone who once wanted to do the right thing.*” It makes me think of Chara as the tragic sibling of Asriel, who only wanted to free the underground, and though they’ve been twisted, they still want that. After that, it seems like Chara gets a second wind, and with it the song, and it goes right back into the intensity from before with new resolve, all the way until the end. I don’t know if you read these anymore, but I have to commend you on your brilliant composition here.

Ok call me cringe all you want but a few years ago in roblox, I played these script fighting games in private servers, and there was a script called ix! Sans and the phase 3 sound was this, so I searched up anything I could, the script itself or the song, etc but found nothing, so I decided to vibe in the game with the music. And that groove ended way sooner than I thought. Not even the 2nd day in and roblox terminated the game. So I could no longer vibe to the song. About 3 years later I find a remix of this in my recommended. I almost instantly notice the music. So I immediately copied the name and pasted it in the searchbar, and here I am, fully satisfied that I have the song again. Chara and Asriel returned to life with a old friends help.(Gaster managed to escape the Void) But Chara sees all the genocide routes,Chara feels all the genocide routes across the timeline. And it’s eating Chara from the inside. The pain,the screams,the hatred. It’s all destroying Chara. Chara goes missing and no one is able to find them for a year. Suddenly Chara reappears but is filled with hatred. Seemingly controlled by the hatred that stored up in them. They lash out at everyone,destroying everything in their sight. Chara has become Godlike. Asriel goes to fight. (The human souls still exist and so does frisk) The souls help Asriel to become a god once again. Asriel and Chara battle. Asriel attempting to get through to Chara. Chara knows who Asriel is,they remember but continue battling. Their fed up that Sans refused to come clean. Their fed up that no one understands their pain,their sorrow. “I WATCHED THE WORLD DIE. I FELT THE WORLD DIE. YET YOU ALL DONT REMEMBER. ONLY I KNOW THE SORROR TO FAIL TO BE THE HERO OF ALL MONSTERS. TO LET MY BEST FRIEND AND I VANISH FROM EXISTENCE. TO BE AWOKEN AND WITNESS EVERYONES DEATHS.” “And yet only I and Sans remember the deaths,yet he refuses to co-operate.” Asriel attempts to tell Chara that they can help and that it’s all in the past,that everything will be okay. But Chara refused,they’re full of hatred,anger and sorrow. The pain and sorrow of the best friends as they stand against each other. And so the song seems so destructive/filled with pain but also reminiscent of Chara and Asriel of when they were younger,before their deaths. (Sorry for spelling errors.)
