Here is the link to the two streams where I did a BUNCH of testing with the Bennett variation of the team. But I also think that would be stupidly OP. She's frankly an absurd support/off fielder for electro units (or more specifically any team doing any electro reactions). Maybe Geo Fischl would be balanced though lol, and I would be happy to even have that! Geo could genuinely be buffed meaningfully by a unit that deals more damage the more crystallizes get triggered. Add that to the list of ideas for things that could've made a Chiori's kit interesting

Beidou is one of those characters that I like a lot yet almost never play anymore-so learning about this yaoyao synergy was a nice excuse to play her again! Tried a few aggrevate and quickbloom variations and quite satisfyingly stomped my test subjects. I think the one thing that let me down is I had secretly hoped her C4 could hit cores like her E does, which was unfortunately not the case.

You should really try beidou and nahida comp, and beidou parry with E skill, the damage is quite satisfying, I started around some 3 weeks ago, this is my 4th week playing and I managed to get c0 Nahida and c0 beidou as f2p, I'm lvl 50 adventure rank 32, and the damage I do with those 2 is insane just the basic elemental skill does consistent 3-4k dmg and when I use elemental burst the damage is crazy, especially if you add Xingqiu to the roster, rn it doesn't take long to kill world bosses, like the hypostasis or oceania, cause it's just that good. And most importantly parry carries beidou a lot cause it does an insane amount of damage, so been practicing the parry and I've gotten quite good at it, cause at my level I one shot all normal npcs with the parry alone, though not gonna lie it took a while to be good at it, now all that I need is Zhongli to finally finish my team, can't wait for his banner

Problem with that is taking 2 slots for an electro user is worse than using someone who’s already infused with electro. C6 Dori or Razor only take one slot, and in a quickbloom/hyperbloom/aggravate team your team slots are very contested

Haha best of luck! It may be a bit tricky since anemo dps is a bit worse this abyss. My general strategy with less optimal teams is to use a better team on the opposite side if need be, so using both Beidou/Lynette is a bit more of a challenge!

I love using that beidou/bennet team! In that team, you actually don't need yaoyao to trigger beidou's c4. It gets triggered when she gets hit by a burgeon or burning damage, so you can use nahida as your dendro. Plus if you use xingqui, she's pretty much unkillable with the rainswords, her own burst's damage reduction and bennet's healing, no matter what you're fighting.

Funily enough, Sara's skill and burst and Dori's tether also count as "bing hit" for Beidou's C4.

Beidou's always had a special place in my heart. I love the idea of on-fielding her in the Thundering Furry comp (in place of Razor) or to trigger tons of Fischl a4 passive. Thanks for showcasing interesting character interactions!

Beidou's C4 does have a 10s duration which is fairly forgiving if you can't proc yuegui consistently. and even then, being of field, she's bound to get hit here and there. also, her burst would snapshot the buff (or lack thereof) from 4pc marechassee, so it should be used when she has full stacks.

I've had Beidou at c6 but as someone with serious skill issue i've never been able to really benefit from her parry damage, she's one of my favourites and decided to start building her so happy to see any Beidou videos

i recently used a team for abyss 12 Raiden, full EM Kuki, full HP chevreuse and Xiangling I found this to be a purely single target team mainly because of overload but it's one of the very high damage teams i've built and played. dont know if this team is meta but it's definitely super fun. triple kenki's cleared under 40 seconds. similar for other floor bosses.

Sol, I usually watch your vids for entertainment, but I might actually try this team out. My Yaoyao has been attached to a Tenacity set for a long time, even tho most guides say she should have Deepwood. This sounds like a great way to make the most use of Tenacity Yaoyao. Additionally, with Bennett c6, the chance of getting burning means Beidou can equip Reverie, which I somehow ended up with a great set of, despite mainly going to Whimsy... So, thank you for this!

Would've loved to see you push the limits of the a4 aggravate procs with nahida for the em buff and building beidou em electro crit. She wouldve needed fav and a ton of er but if you gave furina or yaoyao fav it could work

I dont think you would need yaoyao to activate the c4 for Beidou thundering furry team because of the burgeon self damage.

I checked the KeqingMains theorycrafting library because I remember fiddling around with Beidou's c4 before, but for some godforsaken reason, the electro application from the c4 shares its internal cooldown with the electro application from her burst. I'm not really sure if that means you have the same amount of electro application as without the c4. If someone else knows more, please elaborate.

Fun fact: Dori's ult and sara's E also work like this EDIT: I'd use, for triggering the interaction, Beidou- Nahida - Furina - Dori, however, I use the same team but with charlotte as a healer to trigger superconduct and increase beidou's normal further, so i do around 10k-13k with normals and the reactions still do massive damage

ive spent way too long trying to figure out how to group the kenki, and while i sort of have, ive come to the conclusion they're just trashily designed. the blue one dashing seems like the worst offender at first, until you realise the green one is built to step around you and he just walks halfway across the abyss floor

Yeah the triple kenkis used to be placed in a way that made it easy to group them, but iirc the last time they were in the abyss they moved them closer to the center, which broke the grouping strategy so now we get grouping that basically feels RNG! Which I find kinda dumb on Hoyos part since in my mind having less player control over grouping means its harder to feel consistent value from things like constellations when your clear times are more tied to enemy behavior. But oh well

If you're building the burgeon team, you don't need to focus on yaoyao. Yaoyao won't be the actual trigger she is just spawning the core. Whoever hits it with Pyro is the actual trigger. Therefore, yaoyao being not 90 is irrelevant.

She *is* really good. You stick a shield on top of her current kit and she'd be up there with Bennett and Xingqui.

@@hedgeyes6411 She does have a shield in her kit. Her C1 adds a shield to her burst. It's not the most tanky shield in the game, but combined with her burst's damage reduction it really helps in keeping the team alive.
