Sir what would be exact solution of advance dispersion diffusion reaction (1st order reaction) PDE equation , just like in case of adsorption of some components in adsorbents ? ... The feed composition is constant at inlet of bed (step input )

Does it work for a bounded domain? Using your approach, changing the variable y=x-vt, the boundary condition will move for f(y,t).
