Hello Rocky: I have several Wiri Wiri pepper plants in NJ, and I tried saving them over the winter for this year and a lot of the leaves fell off when this past spring arrived. I used the neem oil and I had to really coat the plant with the oil. Because the the spring produced more leaves than I think the bugs could eat the plants survived. I noticed though I did not get a lot of the pepper the second year. I had to really coat the plant with neem to lose the bugs. Regarding your lettuce plant, mine grew tall like yours. I think that is due to the warm weather. I heard it is called bolting. Whatever the name, the lettuce was still beautiful and delicious. With eggplant, again I had a bug infestation. I really used the neem to coat the leaves back and front, all leaves and then the plant catched and started to grow big and nice. That was my experience with the neem. It is slow to act but does work over time, from what I saw. I enjoy seeing your garden. And Sherry, you are a good helper.

Thank you so much for sharing this information with us, I use this solution twice a week and it really helped, I spray in the evening so that the leaves don’t get damaged because of the moisture in the air, that lettuce is very delicious, I made some sandwiches with cheese and tomatoes 🍅 was the best 😆 take care and best regards

I think it’s in the same family of Cat Tail, we have a Cat Tail plant 🌱 the flowers are longer my friend
