Solve A+B (SUM) without Creating number-type variables

In the last line (message box) - It is working fine with out using typecase (any to string) since it is 'Any' variable. like Message box $anySum$

@@muneeswaranpandian18 Any is not best practices to use. Any variable is high memory consumption type.
