I take haritaki daily & eat vegetarian, also taking sodium tetra-borate & occasional jelabusti. Is it possible, as someone mentioned on another vid, to chant your guru's name repeatedly, that it opens (or helps to open) the third eye? Sending peace, love & gratitude for guidance.
