Hello, Do below procedures- 1) Unauthorized apps ko uninstall karke device ko restart karke dekhe. 2) Thik nehi huye tow factory reset de device ko. usse pehele data back thik se lijiyega aur make sure kariyega ki sarey data back up hua hai. 3) next new update tak intezar kar sakte hai, may be next update me ye issue thik ho jaye. 4) lekin emergency hai tow kisi technician se thik karwa lijiye.
