I also saw a video.. Actually flow sensor has a megnatic system inside.. With time and due to heat.. Sensor megnat became weak.. So one guy put a megnat, and AC starts up.. So u can also try of the Flow sensor voltages are below 3.5v and hard to start.

But be carefull, megnat is just to check if the AC is not starting up., because Megnatic can fall and demage the fan or any other moving part in the engine.. So just try..dont drive with it. Because AC computer also have some own system to adjust alot of other parameters on thr AC system.
