Step 1: ✅Enable Bluetooth Service: Bluetooth service is responsible to function with windows so make sure enable this option and set the service to automatic as shown in the video.

Some computers have a wireless symbol on the keyboard that can be accessed with the function (fn) key. It will turn off the WiFi AND Bluetooth hardware. Make sure it's on before going thru all the hoops. I did all the stuff here to no avail. Until I tapped the fn key + the key with the wireless icon, restarted the PC, and voila: BT up and running again.
