Hello Friends, Hi everyone! Thanks for your support. If you liked the video please subscribe to the channel which will give me motivation to make such type of troubleshooting videos! Some of you are still facing the issue while trying my method mentioned in the video. you can check the below things and try again. 1) Check the Internet connectivity if it is connected to the corporate proxy server then try to connect it on the open Internet. 2) Download the latest Emsigner software from the Website. 3) Run Emsigner as Administrator. 4) Make sure that your Digital Signature is connected to your machine and it is accessible through the ePass software. 5) Try to re-register Digital Token on the site. 6) Remove the Temp and cache files and Reset the browser settings and check. 7) Make sure your Java Runtime software is updated (install both the version X86 and 64 bit). 8) Update Google Chrome if you are trying the method on Google Chrome. 9) Please check for the firewall settings of your machine if your machine is being managed by any Antivirus. 10) Try it on another fresh machine or reinstall the operating system and check. Hi Nidhi - Please try clearing cookies and cache or logout and open TRACES site in Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox or Edge. If it is a physical token then check if the dongle driver is installed or not... You can updated your browser and Java Framework and then try again after restart...

I am following your step but showing error "Error in establishing connection with TRACES Websocket Esigner. Please ensure that WebSigner Setup is installed and service is running on your machine and there are no proxies enabled on the browser while doing DSC activities" like this so please help me about this issue

As per the error, aapki challan details mein gadbad hai ya missing hai, BSR code/Challan Amount/Challan serial number ek baar validate karo and then try to submit.

It should work, may be you are doing something wrong or something is blocking it. Please check all the things like, Emsigner (Run as Administrator), Java Application. Proxy (if using), firewall, Antivirus etc to resolve the issue.
