It doesn't matter if one set of elements meets the criteria for being reflexive. All integers to itself must add up to 0 but they don't, except for 0 of course. Since only 0 is the exception, the set can't be reflexive. Do remember that in this case, the entire integers are our elements, not just 0.

Sir in transitive (0,0) can be possible because we have to take integers

You are correct that (0,0) is possible. But sir said in general a+c is not equal to zero. If we take a, b and c as 0, it will satisfy the condition. But for anything other than that, it won't. Check the previous lesson for transitive relations. If we find a pair such that (a,b), (b,c), (a,c) must be present. If it isn't, it will not be transitive.
