What is the periodicity of constant function (eg. - x(t) = 2, 3:33) is it periodic or non-periodic 'cos it's frequency is 0 Hz. And what is the periodicity of unit-step function (i.e. u(t), 17:22)? Thank you very much the efforts 💜

In e part by which property you can write -1 raise to power 2n And why the signal is aperiodic when it is repeating?

Yes Astha because when there is a power raised to a power, you can also write it as power multiplied by power. Thus -1 raised to 2 raised to n is equivalent to -1 raised to 2 multiplied by n. Also the signal is aperiodic because the time period is infinity and is not rational. Hope it helps :)

one doubt mam in x[n] at problem f , the ignal repeats only at right hand side but not in left hand side so how can we tell it as the periodic signal??

Hi it is repeating on the left hand too. At -7 the signal is 0, I have cancelled the signal I drew by mistake :)

In example e, i wonder that whether the equation means (-1)^(n^2) or ((-1)^n)^2 ?? Can u clarify that pls because it's totally different

It is (-1)^(n^2). The bracket is only around -1
