Well, KZbin at its past were way worse in quality (encoding). Maybe the person lost the digitized tape 😭

The 2008 version was extracted by a specialist in 2006 . Tape snapped and wrinkled last time i played it in 2015 and didn't do anything with it and assumed that tape was destroyed , but few weeks ago when i found out that there is a following i repaired the tape and sent to a photography studio to digitize it. However capture quality was worse that 2008 version , so i record it of tv by my phone and quality of recording is as same as tv footage.

How did you achieve this quality? The original video is of terrible quality! And also, why does this video seem to be recorded from some kind of screen? After all, the original is also recorded in a different way.

First pre-mastered to highlight the noise, then filtered the noise through BandIt Plus from Mvsep
