Every time I would start my computer various errors, including the one in the video, would pop up. Then constantly while using the computer more errors would pop up. The errors take me out of games or whatever I’m doing, they are always on top of all applications, I was ripping my hair out with frustration. The method shown in the video was the only thing that solved this. Thank you kindly.

Windows 7 [Solved]: Thank you, this fix has solved the severe random crashing problems I've been having across nearly all 3D games for the past 6 years. (On Windows 7, the path to the "Virtual Memory" window is "Start Menu > Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced system settings (This will open System Properties) > Advanced > Settings (in the Performance section)"). I took the "currently allocated" amount of vram shown at the bottom, and made that my "initial size" then doubled that amount for my "maximum size". This was done after crashing multiple times on a game and receiving the error you all came here for, meaning the "currently allocated" amount of virtual memory at the time was very likely the artificial cap I was hitting which was causing the error and therefore the crashes. I applied this fix to my "E:" drive, rather than my C:, as my E: drive was the one shown to be "System managed" while my C: drive was shown as "None". Thank you so much and I hope this helps others! My values after the fix are "Initial size: 24366" and "Maximum size: 50000", but these are due to the specs of MY computer and may differ GREATLY from yours. I'm only posting them to show how wildly your numbers may vary from the numbers in the video due to each persons' hardware.
