This solutions clears all the data in your tables... And leaves an arquive that will enable you to edit or create a new table with the same name.. You will need to remove them manually.

Both of my databases had no data after doing this. I was lucky with one because I exported/backed-up one earlier. The other was in-progress and was lucky because I had access to all the data in Excel files I was importing. I got pretty lucky only losing a day's work. Note-To-Self...."BACK UP ALL THE TIME!"
