I think it's simpler if the equation is treated as follows: So x^x^x^4 = 4, we can see that there is a 4 in the expoent of the x^x^x, but with the first equation we know that 4 = x^x^x^4, so we can substitute the 4 in the expoent like this, x^x^x^x^x^x^4 = 4, if we keep doing this we get x^x^x^x^x^x^x^... = 4, where x is infinitly the expoent of another x. Well, if x^x^x^... = 4, then we can substitute all x's that are above of the first x, getting the equation x^4 = 4. So, if we solve the equation x^4 = 4, we easily get all 4 solutions. I apologize for my bad English, but I think it's understandable, if I've made any mistakes, please help me.
