Regarding the bureaucrats trying to mandate the electrification of most vehicles that makes life possible recently, and then seeing all the equipment it takes to run that one site. It's easy to see that's never going to happen, and I'll sleep better knowing that. Having a “Team” that works together and help each other through the day is called an A TEAM, thats what its all about is to keep each others work load flowing and that keeps people happy for the most part! Good help is hard to find in a world where people will say “i cant find a job” but when told where many places hiring they quickly say “oh i aint working there, its too hard of work” so basically you saying you want a paycheck for showing up then.

@@TheRealMrDiGG.. I used to be a field service technician for the mining industry and I remember once there was a loader on a coal stockpile that they had problems with. It kept overheating. They changed radiators and oil coolers on engine and transmission then the torque converter was suspected of slipping and it got expensive and just before the engine was removed someone suggested that they call a mechanic out. The cause was simple and very cheap. They HAD changed the radiator cap but the wrong one was fitted. They had put in a 7lb cap instead of a 14lb one and the system pressure was too low causing the coolant to boil.
