King of Altis, the left and right side of the equation is a perfect comparison of base and exponent. The left side term is split, base is X^21 and the same value exponent X^21. The right side base is 14 with same value exponent 14. This simply means X^21=14. I hope this would help. Have a great day!

It seems this one exponent rule is what I think unlisted or unwritten. Because what you see if you use Google are those common exponent rules that are normally used but no listed exponent comparison rule.
