Yes it does. Learn Kanjis, Vocabs and practce only question papers and you should have a good chance at clearing JLPT

Suppose I got mext scholarship and I don't know japanese then how can I know what they are telling in college? Will they say in english?

Once you get into the University, you can opt for either English taught or Japanese-taught course. But you need to learn the language to communicate efficiently with the professors because even though you opt for an English taught course there will be some scenarios in which your professor will speak Japanese. And Japanese natives don't have very good english. You need to know the language because most of the Japanese population are not good with english so you need at least some basic Japanese language knowledge for living as well.

Try to focus on Japanese words( I mean hirgana,katakana) instead of rely on their romanji and try to read and understand as fast as possible like u read and understand ur own native language (hindi or english ) sorry for my grammar 😁 I am not gud at english
