Using A*b does the normal element to element multiplication i.e C11=A11*b11.... For the real matrix multiplication we need to use A%*%b

@@manasnaik1611 so does solve(A) return the inverse of matrix A? Several online sources state that the function to obtain A-inverse is far more complex than a simple solve(A).
