After further analysis, I can deduce, it's an enderman with 3 heads with 1 arm coming from the two additional heads and very wonky arms/ legs. The first time you saw it, it turned it's "heads" then it's body turned. It looked almost like the way a player turns . Also, when it teleported once, it teleported itself into some blocks and started taking damage. Enderman are not allowed to do this in game. I don't know what this could mean, but I have listed the evidence here so you can know. The sound the perals made was the enderman hurt sound, but I looked like the man of the enderman was hidden in the subtitles and it had some very weird distortion on it.

Nice creepy vid, I've thought about something tho, which is the fact that not only the village seemed destroyed, (Maybe by Herobrine or that entity that moved when you crafter a sword) but the village little house that you could see, was one of the newer version since the roof was wooden and in a pyramid shape and not flat like they usually are, and the pyramid shape was made out of full blocks not stairs
