If both persons have internet connection with decent download and upload speed then there should be no problem. For streaming 1080p video it is enough for both persons to have dl/ul of 5/5Mbps which is nothing special. Problem is that some ISP are offering internet packages with high dl speed and poor ul speed, for example 60/2Mbps which is not enough to have decent video chat...

I love that this guy just goes in completely blind. No real idea of how it really works, no prior research, nothing. He finds/receives a puzzle, reads the letter, makes a video, and spends hours trying to solve it. His enthusiasm in the past few videos I've watched is motivating and I love how much he loves these puzzles
@Shrimp_Insurance5 жыл бұрын
@cryptorchid Yeah I saw that one, really doubt he meant to cheat, either just an editing error (he opened it then was like "Oh wait I should've recorded myself opening this.. damn.") or he opened it when he received it and was like "oh what's this little envelope with Japanese characters, oh shit it's the solution". His little pretend it wasn't already open trick was most likely just so people wouldn't jump on him in the comments and say he cheated, which I mean I so no reason why he would've with such an easy puzzle
@AddictedToGoodMusicx4 жыл бұрын
@Al Bundy Sometimes it does feel like he's pulling the answers out of his ass, I'll give you that. I think sometimes, out of frustration, he will peak at some hints, but I don't think he'll look at the actual answers of the puzzle beforehand. That would defeat the purpose. Why would he film himself pretending to try to solve a puzzle he already knows the answer to, for hours on end? That wouldn't make sense and sure as hell wouldn't be much fun.

Crazy. When Chris read the letter I was thinking about Abrams with his stupid Mystery box story. Then the words "bad robot" were used, which is the name of Abrams production company. And only then I saw the signature on the bottom. This guy and his fucking mystery box idea. It might have some merit to it, and that might be valid when the box was cheap. It's not something you should apply across the board to filmmaking. Some mysteries are fine. The origin of Tom Bombadil in Lord of the Rings comes to mind. But you can't leave everything a mystery or up to the viewers imagination. And since I'm on a roll here. This fits really nicely with Ryan Johnsons stupid idea of subverting viewer expectations. Again, nothing wrong with it in principle. But if your subversion to a mystery is "nothing interesting", that doesn't work. Who are Rey's parents? They're nobody. Who was Snoke? Doesn't matter, he's dead. Gee thanks, that was interesting.

InTheKnotWeTrust 1904 nothing better than going into a world of your own trying to solve puzzles I’m guessing you play some sort of musical instrument I play piano/keyboard I can’t read sheet music but I can play via listening people think adhd and autism is a disability I called it having a learning advantage we can use our brain in ways others could only dream about using much love and respect ✊

Andrew Burns i use to play bass back in college but gave it up because i don't have the money to buy a practice amp for it, the only amp i have is a combo with a 100 watt speaker so not really good for practice at home 😂

InTheKnotWeTrust 1904 just owning the instrument and being able to play it without needing anything electric to hear it is enough for me boss definitely soothes my mind and makes me think on only one thing and not fifty 😆 no matter what that instrument is anything counts music is definitely a drug for a certain minority of people 😝

Hey Chris, the answer really was hidden in plain sight! If you go to the website for the box, the image of the lock shows the combo. Now the only thing I ask of you is to pretty please try and solve the super mystery.

As a huge fan of JJ Abrams work. FYI I was hooked into the first Cloverfield movie hype. The fake stories, websites and adds. It just added to the universe and lore of the movie. Back to the mystery box 0.o wow.. I'm going to have to sell some comics or something. I was riveted to the video, all the way through! Personal note. Magic as rehab for a thumb injury.. way better then stretch rubber band IMO. At least it works for me, always listen to your doctor, but don't be afraid to try other things. For me, I have practiced a false cut and some cardistry and I've gained more mobility in my thumb! Sharing to much.. but hey.. this mystery box really or a smile on my face. Ty Chris for doing the opening!

How many micro transactions did you have do to get this loot box
@TheMento986 жыл бұрын
Only the 1 transaction, although just like any other loot box the price is not worth the reward. You buy the box for $149.95 and get 12 decks of cards, each at the value of $9.95 making the total prize only worth $119.40. As nice as the cards if I'm going to be spending $30.45 on mystery you best believe it isn't going to be on the fucking principle of mystery, it's going to be spent on the Complete Edition of Sherlock Holmes.

As someone in the UK, me also. Not only that he got it right, not only that he pointed it out, but for overwhelming realisation about how much we take for granted and accept without question. If he hadn't have commented, I wouldn't even have noticed that someone with an American accent had just said "zed". Just shows how easy it is to miss little details. (Which, of course something puzzles and magic both rely heavily on.) Deep.

@Jeff Morgan I don't have KZbin Premium, and I didn't get an ad at that point in the video.
@budman61375 жыл бұрын
I don't pay for premium. I also don't use the KZbin app. I watch KZbin through my phones browser and don't ever get any ads for any video. Why do people use the app and deal with ads? I'm honestly curious and never get a response. Do y'all like wasting ur life watching ads?
@chanzig11385 жыл бұрын
Honestly, I do the exact same method and have never had an issue with ads, or anything else really for that matter. I don't get why people complain about ads and think everyone is shelling out money to avoid them, haha. If you don't want ads, and don't want to pay for premium, use the simple solution.
