In this video, Paul Hurly covers the basic steps he followed from deciding the theme and purpose to the anticipated traffic and managing the power requirements. He then address six planning problems he had to solve. These included how to save space at the room entry door, and avoid a 'duck under', to a 7' length of the upper deck design that didn't have a wall to support the sub-roadbed shelf structure.
