Excellent point, i've never been able to phrase it that well: 'Saying that (burnout) is a medical condition makes you think that it's a condition of the individual, rather than a condition of the system.' Substitute ADHD, and any other of a litany of novel pathologies thought to be the result of 'evolutionary mismatch.'
