Just from the opening, I can tell this is going to be a good convo. We have everything we need already in us. The collection of chemicals that evokes all of the emotions we feel in our bodies are ever present. It's about learning how to access them. We also have guidance in our gut, throughout our nervous system and can feel spiritual connection if we're willing to be open to it.

..I sometimes get a charge and energy from anger .. feeling alive. Yet I don’t want that to be my source of energy.. it makes me feel strong, but in form of a bully .. how do I let anger visit but don’t let it out in another ??

I can connect with what you say in theory .. I do miss some practical things to do for example when anger is present .. when you don’t have a partner that holds you.. how do you shift the power from the ego ( wanting to fight) to the awakened part of me that doesn’t want to act/ react from anger .. I miss practical advice .. how do you practice mastering feeing it and not giving in???
